1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
- Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Important Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
- If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Kemkeeneyesthetics@gmail.com or call us at [Kem Keeney Esthetics 951 226-4141 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Please email us at Kemkeeneyesthetics@gmail.com with your order number and include photo(s) of the item’s condition and the damaged packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, which may involve coordinating with the shipping carrier.
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out the the shipping carrier.
