Kem Keeney Esthetics may with permission photograph and/or record during treatment sessions. These images and/or recordings may include close-up shots of faces and the process of the facial treatment.

Purpose of use: I understand that the photographs and/or videos may be used for the following purposes:

Documentation of treatment progress for professional and reference purposes.

Promotional materials, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, brochures, and advertisements, showcase the results and services provided by Kem Keeney Esthetics. 

Identity Protection: Kem Keeney Esthetics will take reasonable steps to protect your identity. Your full name or any personal information will not be disclosed alongside these images or videos unless you provide separate written consent for such disclosure.

No Financial Compensation•You will not receive any financial compensation for the use of your  images and/or recordings by Kem Keeney Esthetics

Retrieval and Deletion: You may request the retrieval and deletion of any images and/or recordings containing your likeness at any time by contacting Kem Keeney Esthetics in writing. However, Kem Keeney Esthetics may not be able to remove already published material from third-party sources, such as social media platforms.

Duration of Consent: This consent is valid indefinitely unless revoked in writing by you.

Rights of Refusal: You may reserve the right to refuse the use of any specific images and/or recordings that you find objectionable.

Kem Keeney Esthetics to use my photographs and/or videos for the purposes described above unless you object in writing.
